Join Enjoy for an offsite event at the Island Bay Marine Education Centre for a performance in relation to Henrietta Fisher's exhibition Funny how I'm always on the head of a longing arrow. Artists Current Bias, Ritual Heaps, and Māia-te-oho Holman-Wharehoka with Alistair Fraser will perform a set each, loosely responding to the surrounding environment as they mediate between us and aquatic life.

We will meet at the Centre at 4pm, where performances will begin shortly after. Please arrange your own transport to and from Island Bay—parking is available at the centre and Bus 1 stop at Reef Street is within walking distance.

Refreshments will be provided after the performances.

Due to limited space at the Centre, REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL. Register here.

In Funny how I’m always on the head of a longing arrow, Henrietta Fisher presents an anthology of vignettes interrogating the interplay of bodies, technology and practices of communion. The exhibition runs through to 1 February 2025.
